20-year Reserve Study Project Plan

Criterium–Hardy Engineers conducted a Full Reserve Study for the Stone Brooke Homeowners Association in 2021, submitting it in 2022. Studies of this nature are important to ensure a community has sufficient funds for long-term, periodic capital expenditure requirements. The study led to a vote of the community on establishing a common area reserve fund, which was passed by 88% of the residents.
